At Bacán, our flavors are signature creations, each empanada is packed with melted cheese and the freshest ingredients. Choose from 6 different flavors and pair them with our spiced tomato sauce or aioli for a perfect combination.
Our Argentine chicken empanadas are made with seasoned chicken breast, our special marinade, cheddar cheese, and red pepper.
Our vegan empanadas are made with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, red pepper, nutritional yeast, and vegan cheese.
Our Prosciutto empanadas are made with ham, mozzarella, and oregano.
Our sobrasada empanadas are made with sobrasada, mozzarella, and dates. They’re served with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Our Gambito empanadas are made with shrimp, cuttlefish, leek, aioli, and mozzarella.
Our truffle empanadas are made with mozzarella, black truffle paste, and red onion. They’re served with a dusting of powdered sugar.

We use fresh, seasonal products to prepare authentic and delicious dishes like guacamole, pickled onions, "Bacán" beans, and homemade pico de gallo. Our unique wheat tortillas are a delight you won’t find anywhere else. We also offer traditional corn tortillas, perfect for celiacs, and a variety of vegan fillings.
